Πώς Επιλέγουμε και Διαχειριζόμαστε τα Δέντρα
Η διαχείριση των δέντρων ξεκινά από τη σωστή επιλογή είδους, τοποθεσίας και πλαισίου καλλιέργειας. Εστιάζουμε σε είδη που προσαρμόζονται στις τοπικές συνθήκες, καλλιεργούνται υπεύθυνα και υποστηρίζονται από οργανωμένη καταγραφή και διαχείριση.
Καταλληλότητα Είδους
Η επιλογή των ειδών βασίζεται στις τοπικές συνθήκες, στις ανάγκες καλλιέργειας και στη δυνατότητα υπεύθυνης μακροχρόνιας διαχείρισης.
Επιλογή Τοποθεσίας
Οι τοποθεσίες επιλέγονται με βάση το κλίμα, τα χαρακτηριστικά του εδάφους και τις συνθήκες που υποστηρίζουν τη σταθερή φροντίδα των δέντρων.
Tree IDs
Σε κάθε δέντρο αποδίδεται μοναδικό Tree ID και τηρούνται οργανωμένες καταγραφές στον εσωτερικό μηχανισμό Tree Ledger της ProspecTree. Μέρος αυτών των πληροφοριών μπορεί να παρουσιάζεται συνοπτικά μέσω του O.S.S.

A prospective participant interested in engaging ProspecTree for the services completes the Know-Your-Customer (KYC) onboarding process by submitting identification and other personal details. These details are electronically transmitted to an independent verification system, paving the way for the automated preparation of the service agreement. In addition to this, the automated system is responsible for the safe-keeping and record management of all service agreements.

The participant receives information about the terms and conditions of the service agreement to be signed and the benefits plan via an automated system.

The participant deposits/transfers the agreed amount from their bank account or a crypto wallet to the company’s bank account/digital wallet within 24 hours.

The automated system prepares the service agreement, which is then presented to the prospective participant for final review and electronic signature.

Right after, the service agreements are prepared in electronic form by the automated system and the process to mint a Proof-ofService (PoS) on the blockchain is initiated.

At the same time, the company undertakes the contractual responsibility to initiate the process of planting the trees corresponding to the service agreement and the rendering of services.

The participant can then self-verify the ownership of the Proof-ofService linked to their digital wallet, which corresponds to the actual contribution made and the number of T4P tokens generated. The quantity of T4P tokens created is influenced by when a participant has joined the program.

O.S.S. Ενημέρωση

Τι περιλαμβάνει το O.S.S.
- Tree IDs & Βασικές Καταγραφές: Σύνοψη των Tree IDs που συνδέονται με τα δέντρα σας και βασικές πληροφορίες που σχετίζονται με τη διαχείρισή τους.
- Κατάσταση & Περίοδοι Χρήσης. Λειτουργική κατάσταση των δέντρων και καταγραφή περιόδων χρήσης των φυσικών σας περιουσιακών στοιχείων.
- Συμβατική Πληροφόρηση. Βασικά στοιχεία που σχετίζονται με την εφαρμογή των όρων της Σύμβασης Χρήσης.
- Συγκεντρωτική Επισκόπηση. Βασικές πληροφορίες και χρονοδιαγράμματα σε ένα οργανωμένο σημείο ενημέρωσης.
Πρόσβαση & Ενημερώσεις
Οι πληροφορίες παρέχονται μέσω των ψηφιακών μας διεπαφών (Dashboard) ή μέσω περιοδικών αναφορών, αποτυπώνοντας την κατάσταση των περιουσιακών σας στοιχείων όπως ορίζεται από τη διαδικασία διαχείρισης. Η μορφή και τα συγκεκριμένα δεδομένα του O.S.S. ενδέχεται να επικαιροποιούνται, ώστε να εξυπηρετούν καλύτερα τις ανάγκες διαφάνειας και τεκμηρίωσης του πλαισίου λειτουργίας.
Tree Ledger - Οργανωμένη Καταγραφή για κάθε Tree ID
Το Tree Ledger είναι το εσωτερικό σύστημα καταγραφής της ProspecTree για τα δέντρα και τις σχετικές πληροφορίες διαχείρισής τους. Για κάθε Tree ID μπορεί να καταγράφονται στοιχεία όπως:
- Η ημερομηνία έναρξης της Σύμβασης Χρήσης,
- Η κατάσταση του δέντρου (ενεργό, αντικατασταθέν ή τερματισμένο),
- Βασικές χρονικές πληροφορίες που σχετίζονται με τη διαχείρισή του.
- Όλες οι καταγραφές βασίζονται σε συγκεκριμένες ημερομηνίες και τεκμηριωμένα γεγονότα. Το Tree Ledger δεν περιλαμβάνει προβλέψεις, ισχυρισμούς απόδοσης ή οικονομικές εκτιμήσεις.
Το εσωτερικό μας Tree Ledger λειτουργεί αποκλειστικά ως μηχανισμός καταγραφής δεδομένων για σκοπούς λειτουργικής και συμβατικής τεκμηρίωσης.
Αναλυτικά εσωτερικά αρχεία διατηρούνται για λόγους ελεγκτικής ακεραιότητας και νομικού ελέγχου και δεν προσθέτουν ούτε τροποποιούν τους όρους της σύμβασης.
