A prospective participant interested in engaging ProspecTree for the services completes the Know-Your-Customer (KYC) onboarding process by submitting identification and other personal details. These details are electronically transmitted to an independent verification system, paving the way for the automated preparation of the service agreement. In addition to this, the automated system is responsible for the safe-keeping and record management of all service agreements.

The participant receives information about the terms and conditions of the service agreement to be signed and the benefits plan via an automated system.

The participant deposits/transfers the agreed amount from their bank account or a crypto wallet to the company’s bank account/digital wallet within 24 hours.

The automated system prepares the service agreement, which is then presented to the prospective participant for final review and electronic signature.

Right after, the service agreements are prepared in electronic form by the automated system and the process to mint a Proof-ofService (PoS) on the blockchain is initiated.

At the same time, the company undertakes the contractual responsibility to initiate the process of planting the trees corresponding to the service agreement and the rendering of services.

The participant can then self-verify the ownership of the Proof-ofService linked to their digital wallet, which corresponds to the actual contribution made and the number of T4P tokens generated. The quantity of T4P tokens created is influenced by when a participant has joined the program.

O.S.S. — Your Informative Overview
The Owner Summary Statement (O.S.S.) serves as an informative summary of your tree-related records. It is designed to provide a consolidated view of selected data points from our internal Tree Ledger, ensuring you stay informed about the framework of your ownership and usage agreement in a clear and simplified format.
What the O.S.S. represents:
- Tree Identification: A summary of the unique Tree IDs assigned to you under the contract.
- Status & Usage Mapping: An overview of the current operational status and the usage periods of your natural assets.
- Contractual Documentation: Key information points that reflect the implementation of the Usage Agreement terms.
- Centralized Information: A single point of reference to understand the general progress and timelines of your trees.
Access & Updates: Information is provided through our digital interfaces (Dashboard) or periodic reports, capturing the status of your assets as defined by the management process. The format and specific data points of the O.S.S. may be updated to best serve the transparency and documentation requirements of the framework.
Tree Ledger — Traceability backed by records
The Tree Ledger is our internal record system that documents how the Usage Agreement applies at individual tree level. For each Tree ID, it records:
- The start date of the Usage Agreement,
- The tree status (active, replaced, or terminated), and
- The time periods during which the usage applies.
- All records are based on real dates and documented events. The Tree Ledger includes no forecasts, performance claims, or financial estimates.
Our Internal Tree Ledger serves exclusively as a data recording mechanism for operational and contract documentation purposes only.
Detailed internal records are retained for audit integrity and legal review and do not add to or change the contract terms.

You purchase identified trees as physical assets. The framework and terms are defined exclusively by the contract.
Do I need to manage anything myself?
No. Tree selection, cultivation, and management actions are handled through a structured process.

How can I see the records for my trees?
You can access a summary of your essential contract-related Tree-IDs information through your Owner Summary Statement (O.S.S.).

– The service agreement holder takes note of the contract to be signed and deposits the money in the company’s account.
– The company’s legal advisors prepare the contract, which the company hands over to the prospective service agreement holder for his review and signature.
– The contract is then also signed by the company’s representative.
– Immediately afterward, the company’s legal advisers prepare the nature-backed service agreements delivered to the investor. At the same time, planting the trees corresponding to the contract is planned. In addition, the service agreement holder receives tokens in his Ethereum Wallet corresponding to the time he chooses to participate in the program.
