How it works
Profitable By Nature
Paulownia and Eucalyptus trees; two choices good for your portfolio and the ecosystem. Every piece of flora has a role in benefiting the environment and humans. But some plants, with their characteristics, are proving to be essential tools in tackling the climate crisis - while offering an important green service agreement alternative.
Multiple Benefits
From the connected trees, the tokens and other service agreement options, ProspecTree is not a one-dimensional service agreement. By understanding the market and its requirements, ProspecTree provides solutions ensuring its profits through diversification. This way, all possible opportunities are explored, and we can ensure that whoever chooses to take part in our green revolution will benefit from the added value.
Sustainable Agreement
Thanks to T4P, everyone wins: you, the environment, humanity. Both ProspecTree and the T4P Token are multi-dimensional service agreements with a positive financial, social and environmental impact. Profit is redefined, escaping the sterile margins of today's market, and becomes a common property through its results. Beyond the surpluses offered, it means a better environment, and a real contribution to the fight against the climate crisis.
A Solid Choice
The multiple benefits of a commodity such as wood are upgraded thanks to the flexibility of tokenization and blockchain.
Plant a Tree
By planting a tree, you're not only contributing to a healthier environment but also supporting biodiversity and combating climate change. Moreover, each tree planted through ProspecTree is a step towards a more sustainable future, backed by nature itself.
The New Climate Law
As far as the national legislative framework is concerned for most countries, the new climate law is a key driver of the changes that need to occur. The law, which has been submitted to the EU, includes measures to phase out the use of fossil fuels, and electricity production while setting deadlines for the transition to climate neutrality. Its framework not only complements the EU directives but demonstrates the need for concern and initiatives at every level to address the climate crisis.

ProspecTree T4P Token
ProspecTree is not just a service agreement choice. It confronts social and environmental issues as well, as it addresses one of the top issues today: the depletion of Earth’s ecosystems.
ProspecTree benefits both the service agreement holder and Mother Nature based on circular economy principles. Thanks to its structure, it contributes to bending the curve of climate change and biodiversity loss while providing oxygen and timber -two valuable commodities.

Choosing the right tree
A serious and long-term investment must be based on equally serious and thorough research. An in-depth feasibility study was carried out regarding the Paulownia and Eucalyptus trees. At the same time, there was a consultation with both a team of university professors specializing in the subject and experienced tree plantation and forestry professionals.
Choosing the right locations
The Paulownia and Eucalyptus crops that form the backbone of the service agreement will be placed in selected locations. This dispersal aims to utilize the ideal areas and minimize the risk that may be caused by unforeseen and unpredictable factors such as climate change and fire hazards.
Trees that keep on giving
Paulownia and Eucalyptus are fascinating species, and their features make them the ideal choice for such an endeavor; they are the fastest-growing trees that form timber. Paulownia, for example, absorbs up to 10 times more carbon emissions. In addition, the tree’s value is so much more than its timber: its byproducts can be used for pellets, bioethanol, and wood chips, and the leaves make excellent fodder with a nutritional value equivalent to that of clover. Also, the surrounding land can be used either as a rented field for beekeepers or a cultivation space for smaller plants.
